Tender description

IE is seeking proposals from suitably qualified and experienced companies to undertake its’ 2022 National Rail Census and report on same. The census, of boarding and alighting customers will be carried out on either the second or third Thursday in November each year and will cover all passenger rail services at all IE stations across the network
