Gwladys Street Primary Flat Roof Replacement via (CPC RS4 Roofing Systems Framework)

Tender description

The extent of the roofing works relating to this project are limited to a small section of roof labelled Roof 1 as shown on drawing no. 35058-KDBS-01-XX-DR-B-0002, although the works will require partial removal and replacement of the adjacent Roof 2 to accommodate the weatherproofing works. The works are to replace the existing roof coverings with BMI Icopal Insulated High Performance Waterproofing System (osa quality). In addition to the above, the work will require making-good to the plasterwork ceilings within the Nursery that have been affected by water ingress. The work will also require the provision of access to sections of the Main school building as identified on drawing no. 35058-KDBS-01-XX-DR-B-0002 and 0004, for further investigation works to be agreed when exposed on site.
