Glebe Gardens Sheltered Housing- External Fabric Repairs

South Lanarkshire Council identified the requirements to appoint a specialist contractor to carry out external fabric repairs at Glebe Gardens Sheltered Housing. In order to secure best value for the Council, the Procurement Service identified a suitable and accessible DPS as follows: DPS: Procurement for Housing Capital Works and Associated Works DPS OJEU Reference Number: 2018/S 184-415316 Lot: 1, Whole House Period: 29th October 2018 to 28th October 2023 (with option to extend for a further 60 months) A minimum of 40 Community Benefit points were requested from the bidders. An Invitation to Tender (ITT) was issued via Public Contracts Scotland Tender (PCS-T) on 14th of March 2022 to the 17 contractors from Lot 1 of the PfH Capital Works and Associated Works DPS. 13 contractors downloaded the ITT, 3 bids were received. The final closing date was 12 noon on 11 April 2022.
