Tender description

Fostering change training delivers a wide variety of important and relevant training courses to our foster carers. these include autism awareness, delegated authority, self harm, concerns complaints and allegations, preparation for 18 and assessing and managing risk so they are all completely and utterly relevant to lived experiences our foster carers are going through. The course facilitator has agreed to provide us with a substantial discount to bookings when we block book the courses. The trainer is really flexible and organised which helps to ensure the smooth preparation for the training for our carers. After meting with Contract team earlier in the financial year it was agreed that we will raise a smartform for this training to be delivered throughout this financial year, then next year full tender process can be followed. This trainer was sourced for us by commissioning, it wasn't fostering who commissioned the trainer initially but we would like to continue to use fostering change due to the excellent feedback from foster carers we have received regarding his training.
