Tender description

This is a VEAT notice of the University’s intention to enter into two separate contracts with the supplier’s connected with the incumbent supplier following a period of 10 days from the date of publication of this notice. The contracts provide for the continuation of vital facilities management services to the University and allow much needed time for the University to complete the procurement process to find its new facilities management supplier. Lot 1: Security Manned Guarding and related services This is a VEAT notice of the University’s intention to enter into two separate contracts with two suppliers connected with the incumbent supplier, following a period of 10 days from the date of publication of this notice. The contracts provide for the continuation of vital facilities management services to the University and allow much needed time for the University to complete the procurement process to find its new facilities management supplier. This particular Contract is for the provision of Security and related services with an estimated value of 1.4M. The location of these services will be at the University's Main Campus at High Wycombe, two other satellite campuses at Uxbridge and Aylesbury and the University's Halls of residences. Lot 2: Building Cleaning, Grounds Maintenance, Pest Control and other related services This is a VEAT notice of the University’s intention to enter into two separate contracts with two suppliers connected with the incumbent supplier, following a period of 10 days from the date of publication of this notice. The contracts provide for the continuation of vital facilities management services to the University and allow much needed time for the University to complete the procurement process to find its new facilities management supplier. This particular Contract is specifically for Building Cleaning, Grounds Maintenance, Pest Control and other related services with a value of 1.9M. The location of these services will be at the University's Main Campus at High Wycombe, two other satellite campuses at Uxbridge and Aylesbury and the University's Halls of residences.
