Energy supply to street lighting at Junction 1 M53 which is currently a metered supply not assigned to the Councils corporate energy account. This supply will be moved to the corporate account once the outstanding invoices have been cleared. These were being sent to an officer who has retired over the last two years and as such exceed the £5k limit.
