Tender description

The Elsa test facility is to support the STEP nuclear fusion projects by developing a test environment where remountable joints incorporating superconductors and other materials in addition to superconducting coils can be tested under representative environmental conditions. This test facility requires this computer system for the control, monitoring and instrumentation of its plant and Unit Under Test (UUT).
