The College of Policing are seeking a Supplier to : * Develop and agree a methodology for assessing PST aerobic demand and setting corresponding fitness test standards * Assess PST aerobic demand based on training delivery in one force * Use the assessment of PST aerobic demand to set test standards for two existing fitness tests (ie, 15m MSFT and CTPWT) * Carry out a comprehensive equality impact assessment of the test standards
