Anglia Revenues Partnership (ARP) focuses on the billing and collection of Council Tax and Non-Domestic Rates (including enforcement), the assessment and award of Housing Benefit and the local Council Tax Reduction Scheme, and fraud and compliance investigation. The ARP is a highly successful public partnership comprised of five local authorities. The Partnership consists of Breckland Council, East Suffolk Council, West Suffolk Council, East Cambridgeshire District Council and Fenland District Council.
