UASC Supported Living Accommodation

Tender description

Suffolk County Council are currently out to tender for the provision of UASC Supported Living Accommodation. The service will deliver supported and supervised accommodation for UASC young people, the total predicted use for all four lots is between 60 – 80 young people at any one time. The existing accommodation services are being recommissioned along with a need for additional capacity. Available in the `Current Tenders` area of portal. Interested parties are invited to express their interest to gain full access to the tender documentation.Procurement Policy Note 09/21 requires us to calculate the value of contracts inclusive of VAT, however we can advertise them exclusive of VAT. The advertised value here is £16,940,000 exclusive of VAT.The deadline date for submissions of the tender is Thursday 1st September . Please note late returns will NOT be permitted. The deadline for clarification questions is Thursday 18th August 2022 which must be raised via Suffolk Sourcing. Lot Lot 1: Standard Support Placements Supported Accommodation - 7.5 support hours per week per young person Maximum of 3 contractors to be awarded Placements purchased as needed Renewals will be dependent on funding being available.
