Pre Market Engagement for a Fleet, Passenger and Transport Service and Taxi Hire Brokerage Management System

Leicester City Council is considering options for the procurement of a Fleet Management Solution, Passenger and Transport Service "PATS" Solution and a Taxi Hire Brokerage Solution which enables to plan, execute, manage, monitor and report on all service activities. The system should have the ability to integrate with other systems that LCC currently use where required. We are interested in understanding the market, and whether vendors can supply all as one solution (our preferred option) or one of the components we are looking to replace. We are not averse to using different solutions for each of these requirements but would prefer it it was channelled through the same solution and provider.
