Nutrient Credit Trading Scheme and Toolkit Feasibility Study

The authorities of Carmarthenshire, Neath Port Talbot, Pembrokeshire, and Swansea are jointly seeking suitable qualified and experienced consultants to undertake a feasibility study to determine if a Nutrient Credit Trading system along with the development of a ‘toolkit’ to identify best practice, information sharing and the creation of added value, is environmentally and economically viable in the South-West Wales region.
