<p><span style="text-decoration: underline"><span style="color: rgba(0, 0, 0, 1); text-decoration: underline">PLEASE NOTE</span></span> ORGANISATIONS WHO HAVE ALREADY BEEN ACCEPTED INTO THIS FPS NEED NOT APPLY.</p> <p>Through a Flexible Purchasing System (FPS) the Council wishes to work with Providers to establish a range of services both CQC regulated and non-regulated health and social care community-based providers.
