Tender description

The purpose of this project is to identify the stressors that lead to voluntary turnover among Persons In Charge, in terms of gaps in their knowledge- and skills-competencies. Our expectation is that the research organisation will be able to identify several key competencies that, were those competencies more widely supported with education, training, and/or coaching among the management population, it would reduce the likelihood of deleterious workplace stress.
