GoJ - JHA - Request for Information - Provision of a Probation Prison Offender Case Management System

Tender description

<p>The purpose of this Request for Information (RFI) is to determine the capabilities of potential suppliers to deliver a computer software system solution capable of meeting the requirements of the Government of Jersey (GoJ) and the Government of Guernsey (GoG) in its requirements regarding an Offender Case Management System to be used jointly by the Jersey Probation Service, Jersey Family Courts Advisory Service, Jersey Prison Service, Criminal Injuries Compensation Board, Guernsey Probation Service, Victim Support and the Guernsey Prison. It is recognised that the specific requirements of the Jersey and Guernsey Prison Service may be in addition to the functions offered by a case management system and therefore the GoJ is willing to consider information for systems which meet the requirements of the Jersey Probation and Family Courts Services. The solution provided can either be a customised off the shelf product or a bespoke development that meets the specific demands of the local environment.
