Blaenau Gwent Council are seeking to appoint a suitably qualified and experienced company to provide a Flying Start service at a new Educational establishment at Swffryd.‘Flying Start’ is a programme for families with children aged up to four years old, which is targeted at Wales' most deprived communities. The programme is one of the Welsh Government’s top priorities and encompasses free childcare, parenting support, intensive health visitor support and support for early language development.NOTE: The authority is using eTenderwales to carry out this procurement process.
