Tender description

Pendle Borough Council is looking to appoint consultants to produce an Employment Land Review. This document will help to inform the preparation of a new Local Plan, which will help to guide future development in the borough. The new Employment Land Review must address the requirements of the 2021 National Planning Policy Framework [“NPPF”] and the methodology set out in national Planning Practice Guidance [“PPG”]. Tenders are invited from suitably qualified consultancies with relevant experience. The team responsible for carrying out the commission must demonstrate sufficient skills and capacity necessary to carry out the research and modelling work necessary to prepare an Employment Land Review.
