Undertake a fasibility study of the different options for the renovation of a steading at Dundreggan estate to provide a sustainable business on the site. The objectives of this project are to: Review the different options for the future use of the steading Identify the costs of renovating and repurposing the steading for the different proposed usages Identify the revenue generating opportunities of each option Indicate how each option is compatible with Trees for Life’s objectives, the vision of the Affric Highlands initiative and the objectives and activities at the Rewilding Centre Identify the pros and cons of each option Recommend a preferred option with justifications for the preference
