Tender description

Start up seminar for 25 (they can do a webinar instead for all 50) - One to one diagnostic (re: skills, motivations etc), 2 coaching follow ups and 6 months support Assume 50% take up of one to one - £36,400 +VAT in total. This is based on the fact that several Directors already have NEDs and others have indicated they would not. The 50% estimate is in excess of anticipated take-up of the offer.
