Tender description

Eastmere Cladding Replacement. Adaptation of existing structures at the centre of the Urban Village (Eastmere) to set the conditions for planned enhancements as part of the Future Collective Training System (FCTS), to meet the requirements of the Land Domain Urban Operations Steering Group and the Urban Training needs analysis which identified the requirement for complexity and replication of urban zones (commercial, light industrial etc). Failure to provide Defence with adequate and appropriate training facilities will continue to hinder its ability to deliver its mandated defence tasks. The Works: Remove existing ply cladding from buildings 02-20, 24-26, 29, 31, 33-35 (27 in total) on Eastmere Urban village. Make immediate repairs where required to the containers. Complete refurbishment of all associated structures and dress for defined urban area (industrial, commercial etc). All to meet the standard of existing refurbished structures at Eastmere Urban village (Cladding and decorations) See below images.
