Tender description

This is Notice of an Amendment to be made to the DPS in pursuance of the original Notice 2017/S 131-267580 published in OJEU on the 10th July 2017. All other details relating to this DPS remain unchanged. The change comprises extending the validity period with a further 60-months extension option, reviewed at 12 month increments whereby the authority can amend (extend, shorten or terminate) the period. This DPS remains accessible by members of CHIC to all UK public-sector bodies (potential members) including (but not limited to): • Housing Associations • Local Authorities and Government Departments • Registered Charities • NHS and Health and Social Care Groups • Emergency Services • Schools and Academies/Colleges and Universities • Libraries and Museums , including those listed in Schedule 1 of the Public Contracts Regulations 2015/102. Lot 1: Category 1: Energy Brokers/Consultants Category 1: Energy Brokers/Consultants, including but not limited to estate management, account management, bureau services, metering services including aM&T, invoice validation (on a retrospective basis if necessary), risk management services, procurement of gas/electricity in compliance with EU/UK regulations, including from renewable sources and/or on a flexible basis. Estimated total value of contracts to be awarded under this Category during the 60 month period is £7,500,000. Lot 2: Category 2: Energy Suppliers/Distributors Category 2: Energy Suppliers/Distributors, including but not limited to supply of gas, electricity (half hourly and non-half hourly), including from renewable sources and/or on a flexible basis. Estimated total value of contracts to be awarded under this Category during the 60 month period is £142,500,000.
