This tender opportunity forms part of the ongoing implementation of the National Training Framework for Wales on violence against women, domestic abuse and sexual violence. The aim of the National Training Framework on violence against women, domestic abuse and sexual violence is to create a consistent and quality assured approach to training on the issue of violence against women, domestic abuse and sexual violence. Lot 1: C278/2021/2022 - VAWDASV National Training Framework - Lot 1 Lot 1: A programme of learning for professionals who work primarily with victims of VAWDASV, fall into group 4 of the National Training Framework. This lot covers NTF Group 4 training for specialist VAWDASV professionals such as, but not restricted to Independent Domestic Violence Advisers (IDVAs) and refuge workers. Lot 2: C278/2021/2022 - VAWDASV National Training Framework - Lot 2 Lot 2: Delivery of a training course aimed at managers of specialist Violence against Women, Domestic Abuse and Sexual Violence services. This lot relates to group 5 of the National Training Framework which is aimed at those who manage specialist advocacy and support services for those experiencing violence against women, other forms of gender-based violence, domestic abuse and sexual violence. These services are often small and rely on effective management in order to offer high quality, sustainable service provision. Lot 3: C278/2021/2022 - VAWDASV National Training Framework - Lot 3 Lot 3: A suite of training options for professionals in senior public service leadership roles in Wales (in close consultation with Welsh Government) that raises awareness of the National Training Framework. The aim of group 6 of the National Training Framework is to engage public service leadership through awareness raising and education on violence against women, domestic abuse and sexual violence as both a workforce and service delivery issue. Lot 4: C278/2021/2022 - VAWDASV National Training Framework - Lot 4 Lot 4: Training to support individuals in non VAWDASV specific roles. This lot is designed to deliver a suite of additional training related to VAWDASV to relevant professionals across all groups of the NTF and, where suitable, to non-specialist public services and third sector staff.
