Tender description

NIBRT is looking to procure an analytical instrument for the quality control analysis of DNA and RNA samples. Ideally, the instrument will be electrophoresis based, will allow for simple operation of between 1 and 96 samples, will have in-built strategies for ensuring no sample cross contamination and will be accompanied by simple and intuitive software for instrument control and data processing. The system will be used to test the purity of samples following generation and prior to progressing to follow on steps, which may include sequencing, qPCR or transfection of cells during cell line development workflows.
