RBGE is looking to appoint a contractor for the delivery of various ground works packages throughout the 24 month contract period. In the short term, RBGE have identified four core enabling works packages that require to be undertaken during July/August 2022. In the short term, RBGE have identified four core enabling works packages that require to be undertaken during July/August 2022. The four core enabling works packages, comprise the following: - Nursery Bothy - RBGE is procuring under a separate contract, a prefabricated Bothy building. The contract works include for the preparation of existing concrete base to support the building, utility connections for drainage, water, power and data supplies, and the installation of a timber ramp and steps to serve the building. NEC WC’s - RBGE is procuring under a separate contract, 3 No prefabricated WC buildings. The contract works include for the installation of pad foundations, utility connections for drainage, water, and power supplies, and the installation of a timber ramp, steps, and decking area to serve the building. Nursery Shipping Containers - RBGE is procuring under a separate contract, 6 No Shipping Containers. The contract works include for the installation of a Type 1 hardcore base to support the Shipping Containers, installation of field drainage and relocation of an existing water stand pipe. Nursery Gravel Bays – installation of a reinforced concrete service yard complete with freestanding precast concrete bunker walls. It is anticipated the above core enabling works will be completed by Friday 9th September 2022.
