Crosswells Road & St Vincent Crescent West Bromwich Sandwell Metropolitan Borough Council ("the Council") is seeking to select a Contractor Partner from Lot 1 of the Constructing West Midlands (CWM) Capital Works Framework entered into following the issue of OJEU Notice 2020/S 059-142720 (24th March 2020) to deliver works and/or services described or referenced herein. Further to your appointment to Lot 1 of the CWM Capital Works Framework you ("the Bidder") are hereby invited to provide a tender return based on the technical and commercial information requested in sections F and G of this document.
