Tender description

In parallel to the O2-2000 turbine build Orbital are running an innovations project to identify key innovations and design improvments that can deliver further reductions in the Levelised Cost of Energy (LCOE). One of the areas of imnovation in the project is to develop and improve the turbine dynamic controller. This Invitation To Tender (ITT) relates to the procurement of expertise in turbine dynamic controller design.
