Temporary Workers & Supply Teachers

Tender description

The Welsh Government Commercial & Delivery team, on behalf of the Welsh public sector, wishes to establish a collaborative framework agreement for the supply of Temporary Workers (including Supply Teachers). Key areas are likely to include (but are not limited to): - Corporate Workers - Social Care - Supply Teachers - Non Teaching and Support Staff for Schools - Police roles - ICT - Health (non medical) - Interim Managers Full details of the types of Temporary Workers that may be requested, and how the lots will be split (including the types of service models required) will be included in the Find a Tender Service (FTS) Contract Notice. Lot 1: Corporate Temporary Workers Managed Service Provision for Corporate Temporary Workers. We are currently working with stakeholders to scope out the specific customer requirements in this area. As such, full details of the types of temporary workers that may be requested, and how this lot will be split (e.g. Vendor Neutral, Master Vendor, Hybrid solution, Talent Pool, etc.) will be included in the FTS Contract Notice. As part of the pre-tender market activities we will be providing further information to potential bidders on the customer requirements, to further communicate details on these requirements to suppliers. Lot 2: Supply Teachers & Education Temporary Workers Temporary worker solution for school staff, including Supply Teachers, non teaching and support staff. We are currently working with stakeholders to scope out the specific customer requirements in this area. As such, full details of the types of temporary workers and any additional supply models that may be requested, and how this lot may be split (e.g. agency, talent pool, etc.) will be included in the FTS Contract Notice. As part of the pre-tender market activities we will be providing potential bidders with additional information, to further communicate details on the customer requirements to suppliers.
