<p>Rochdale Borough Council is researching the market and considering options for a bespoke outbound mail for one element of Revenues &amp; Benefits mailings. The current solution has been in place since 2015 and has developed over time to utilise new functionality. The seamless service provides for the automated extraction of documents from our document management system. These documents are then formatted and transferred to our print contractor who facilitates production and postage. The service is managed in its entirety by the provider. This includes the commissioning of a separate contract with our print contractor and then on-going contract management of that contract (including direct payments to our print contractor for production and postage of documents).</p> Keywords: Postage , Print, Service , Outbound Print , Print Management
