Tender description
High colleague engagement will be key to ScotRail Trains Ltd (SRT) delivering their commitments and ambitious modernisation agenda. We are looking to partner with a supplier who can help us to set up a regular mechanism to track levels of engagement through setting a baseline metric and then tracking progress via regular pulse surveys. We are also looking for practical tips for managers and the organisation as a whole to address issues and identify opportunities to increase the levels of engagement. This procurement exercise covers the design, delivery and ongoing support for the roll out of this solution along with the provision of fast, simple to interpret analytics and improvement ideas.
