RFT - Single Supplier Framework for the Provision of Legal Services in 3 Lots

Tender description

The Contracting Entity seeks to establish a single party framework agreement to provide legal services for the development of a new port on the north of Bremore Head, in county Meath. It is intended that the port development will also include complimentary infrastructure on the land side to accommodate port storage and processing facilities, port logistics operations, green energy processing and storage facilities, and business development opportunities as per the requirements set out in the tender documents. It is expected that the selected consultant will provide ongoing legal advice and support to the Contracting Entity. The RFT is divided into three separate Lots: 1 - Planning and environmental legal services, including specific expertise in large infrastructure, in particular marine-related projects 2 -Property, Estates and Land Conveyancing Legal Services, including experience in compulsory purchase applications under applicable legislation 3 - Corporate and Commercial Legal Services, including Litigation services Lot 248260: RFT - Single Supplier Framework for the Provision of Planning and environmental legal services Lot 1: Planning and environmental legal services, including specific expertise in large infrastructure, in particular marine-related projects. The successful tenderer will be part of a team involved in advising on the strategy for developing the project and will be directly involved in providing the planning and environmental advice on how to obtain all necessary permissions for the port and all ancillary development, including transport and energy infrastructure. Lot 248262: RFT - Single Supplier Framework for the Provision of Property related Legal Services Lot 2: Property, Estates and Land Conveyancing Legal Services, including experience in compulsory purchase applications under applicable legislation. The project will involve the acquisition of substantial amounts of land, through private negotiation and under legislation relating to compulsory purchase. Lot 248263: RFT - Single Supplier Framework for the Provision of Corporate and Commercial Legal Services Lot 3: Corporate and Commercial Legal Services. The project will involve a wide range of corporate and commercial issues, from corporate structuring to debt and equity raising to commercial contracts. . This lot will also encompass the provision of litigation services, to the extent these may be required.
