Tender description
The Development Bank of Wales (‘DBW’) is seeking to appoint services to provide consultancy advice and guidance to support in the establishment of a green loan offer for micro, small and medium sized enterprises (‘SMEs’). SME lending is the core business of DBW, a sector which accounts for more than 50% of green-house gas emissions. As part of our suite of support to this market DBW is developing new ways in incentivising SMEs to encourage climate change action.Further information can be obtained from the Invitation to Tender.NOTE: The authority is using eTenderwales to carry out this procurement process.
