Tender description

We would like to run an internal campaign aimed at recruiting employees to become a Casual Celebrations Registrar. Employees who are recruited will receive full training and would be able to provide their availability and added to a schedule to be called upon when required, mainly weekends. We would like to work with an agency to create and produce a promotional video aimed at our internal employees linking to the hearts and minds of our employees, showing: The rewarding feeling of being involved in people’s special life events and showcasing the offer across Barnsley. Please see the attached quotes provided by some of our staff. The why – why it’s an important role and how easy it can work around their current role and life outside of work. How can employees get involved and what’s the process? Building their personal development and learning new skills. We would like to reuse the footage in the future as part of a wider campaign – promoting our registrar offer. We’d like the video to include our diverse offer, for example civil partnerships (same sex couples), ethnic minorities, older couples, etc. Dependant on consent. Our registrars are a mix of male and female, older and younger workers too.
