Tender description
This invitation relates to the provision of a written report (a Sustainable Access Management Plan) providing expert, specialist advice as to the ongoing and future management of public, recreational access to the Boyne Estuary SAC (number 1957) and the associated pNHA from the recently upgraded Louth County Council car park at Seapoint, Termonfeckin. COVID-19 has resulted in increased public usage of such sites and there is concern that this is having a negative impact on both the protected site and on neighbouring residents and other property owners.
