Seeking insights from the market for early market engagement, to support NR in building requirements prior to tender, for the design, development and deployment of applications, data base and service provision to manage the same. Network Rail’s Wales and Western Region are looking for more coherent, consistent and safer ways to operate and undertake access to our railway. This Request For Information is to identify parties who are willing and able to partake in the Tender Process for the design, build, implementation and support of a Possession Optimisation change programme with IT solution interfaces. This Programme is part of a larger scope of works looking at a holistic approach, integrating and interfacing multiple work streams to deliver a complete engineering access system. This must transfer an eclectic collection of IT based and paper processes to a controlled access approach that works in a comprehensive and safe manner
