Specification / Form of Tender for the Provision of Security Services at South West IDA Parks Three-Year Contract 2022-2025 1. Sites: • Fermoy Business & Technology Park/ Kilbarry Business Park/ Carrigtohill Business & Technology Park/ Carrigtohill East - (Direct IDA cost) • Cork Business & Technology Park Common Areas of the Park. Entrance, Security Lodge (where applicable), Estate Roads, Open Space & Vacant Land 2. Hours of Duty: Provision of security patrols cover for the specified hours, 7 days a week, 365 Days a year 3. Extent of Job (not an exhaustive List): This contract is for the provision of security cover 7 days a week, 365 days a year and includes the following tasks:- (i) Removal of trespassing animals off site to an approved pound. (ii) Emergency Call-Out Co-Ordination - 45 minutes response time required to emergency call out requests. (iii) Random Supervisory Checks. (iv) Regular Client Meetings. Establishment of senior account manager and regular meetings process. (v) Off-site control of emergency contact numbers. (vi) Reports as per frequencies illustrated within this document. (vii) Public lighting checks within the park boundary. (viii) If unauthorised persons are camped on IDA lands, they must be informed they are on private property and asked to move off site immediately. (ix) Reports to be provided as per the following frequencies :- > Access Control Reporting (Weekly). > Accident/Incident Reports (Daily). (x) The appointed contractor is fully responsible for the training of all security officers and security supervisors to all relevant standards set out by the PSA. In addition, the contractor will provide all site-specific training. (xi) The appointed contractor shall review all Job Descriptions shown at Part 4. (xii) It will be a requirement that the contractor shall attend all tenant meetings as specified by the IDA & Aramark Property.
