Tender description

DEFRA is looking to award grants for the Nature-based Solutions for Climate Change at the Landscape Scale project. The goal of this project is to reduce greenhouse gas emissions and promote carbon sequestration by creating or restoring semi-natural habitats, which can also bring multiple additional benefits when planned at a landscape scale. It will also trial the blending of public and private finance and develop effective governance models for this approach by working with proven partnerships in pilot areas to achieve our environmental objectives.
