Tender description

Interim renewal for 12 months with a 3 month break clause as there is currently a tender exercise live for a new City Region and redesigned website platform, which will include visitiliverpool.com , visitwirral.com and visitsouthport.com. The ability to break the contract at 9 months will allow the new contract to start should the new platform be fully operational at that point. This interim contract will deliver the following: Product Management Business & Visitor CRM Modules Customer Support Web & DMS Hosting Address Lookup Software Website Licence CMS Support Security certificate Cookie preference tool Survey Builder Accommodation polling
