Tender description

This procurement is for the service repair and maintenance of wholly owned Grounds Maintenance machinery across the entire University Estate. Its aim is to bring together an existing ad-hoc, admin dependent process, into an efficient streamlined contractual arrangement. The aim of this procurement is: • A multi-year contractual arrangement. • Economy of scale as this arrangement will cover all plant at all Campuses. • Single point of delivery for all grounds equipment service and repair. • A partnering approach whereby servicing is better pre-planned avoiding unnecessary downtime.
