Grounds Maintenance Contract for Sheen Mount Primary School

Tender description

2 people, 2-3 hrs once per week during school terms, two visits in summer holidays and one visit in Easter holidays. Ideally mornings 7.30-9.30 or 8-10 (noisy works can only be carried out 8-8.30am) or afternoons 4-6pm. Large part of work is leaf blowing/collection and removal from site - especially in autumn Sapling control Weed control/spraying Edging/strimming/cutting back around playground areas and field (and wisteria) - as necessary Maintaining two planters outside KS1 classrooms Cutting back shrubs/hedges (lower level) as required Annual pruning of large wisteria Lawn mowing - proposal sought for field maintenance, e.g. aeration etc (priced separately) Ad hoc - line painting for sports events on field (billed separately) Please contact Carolyn Moore at admin@sheenmount.richmond.sch.uk to arrange a viewing of the site or for any questions.
