Gloucestershire Mental Wellbeing Helpline - Soft Market Engagement

<p>Gloucestershire County Council wishes to engage with potential providers to ascertain market interest in providing a new service to provide early intervention anonymous (or pseudonymous) remote mental health and wellbeing support to adults in the county through a variety of contact methods.
