Tender description

The purpose of this procurement is to engage the services of a suitably experienced and competent contractor to undertake Multi Element Improvement works to occupied apartments at Glenalina Lodge: The works consist of: External improvements/redecoration  Cavity Wall Insulation  Internal redecoration  Replacement of rainwater goods  Bedsit shower room and fixed storage furniture unit replacements  Window & door replacements  Domestic fire detection upgrade  Fire Protection Works  Tunstall System upgrade  Communal Heating System Replacement  Electrical Upgrades/Emergency lighting replacement  Removal of Apartment Kitchenettes  Communal bathroom/Kitchen replacement Duration of works will be 60 weeks from commencement date’ Note that all works listed will be carried out in and around occupied dwellings.
