Demolition of two blocks of flats and associated works at Dolphin House, Rialto, Dublin 8 including: - Demolition of two c.1957 blocks of flats and the removal of all, foundations, rising walls, floor slabs, site structures, services, chambers and such items associated with the site. Note: Works include the removal and disposal of asbestos containing materials and lead based paint by a suitably competent and experienced Contractor. - Disposal of all waste material generated by the works and all other waste material within the site boundary. All waste is to be collected, transported and disposed of in accordance with the relevant Waste Management legislation. - New works both inside and outside the site boundary including the: Provision of topsoil and seeding to all areas affected by the works so that the site is left in a fully grassed state on completion, Installation of public lighting and CCTV, Installation of new boundary treatments.
