Connected Key sites and Corridors project: Business Case development and project management

Ambition North Wales is seeking consultancy support to deliver a service to deliver a complete set of business cases for its Connected Key Sites and Corridors project. The requirement involves production of high-quality HM Treasury ‘Better Business Case’ standard documents starting with a Strategic Outline Case before progressing to Outline Business Case and Full Business Case, building detail iteratively through the stages1.The scope of this work includes the five business case dimensions and all 35 actions and associated tasks as described in the HM Treasury Guide to developing the project business case1.
