Call validate tool for blue badge and concessionary travel applications

Tender description

We have previously had access to this tool via historical agreements. It's a necessary tool for advisors within the CSC to efficiently process identity checks for blue badge applications and concessionary travel applications. The service was stopped without any prior notice or warning due to changes in account manager. We've had to put a workaround in which is far less efficient and more time consuming so not cost effective. We have been in communciation with this supplier since and they have recently sent through a new service agreement for 12 months. This is to proceed on the basis that it gives us access to the product whilst we look to go out to procurement for the longer term.
