<p>Labour Only Brickwork and Blockwork and the Supply, Fix, Maintain &amp; Dismantle of Scaffold.</p> <p>Buckle Close is a development of 37 flats which are currently being constructed. This consists of a large block of 34 flats which are built from structural masonry, ground bearing concrete floor slab (to be constructed on site by others) and three levels which will each have precast concrete floor slabs. There is also an additional 2 storey block of 3 flats which will have a beam and block ground floor and an upper floor with precast concrete floor slabs.</p> <p>The project consists of Labour Only Brickwork and Blockwork and the Supply, Fix, Maintain &amp; Dismantle of Scaffold. The full technical specification for the project is detailed in various documents identified in the Documents Register and included in the Supporting Documents. The project is located in Buckle Close, Marsh Farm, Luton, Bedfordshire LU3 3SZ. The contractor will be required to:</p> <ul> <li>Carry out design works to confirm that the loadings can be achieved and that deflection is within the tolerances required.</li> <li>Install Brickwork and Blockwork.</li> <li>Supply Scaffolding, Install, Maintain, Adjust &amp; Dismantle.</li> <li>2 scaffolders in attendance on site to the Brick and Blockwork elements of the works.</li> <li>Install on site including organising and managing any lifting.</li> <li>Leave site clear and clean for other works to follow.</li> <li>Provide all supervision and preliminaries as required.
