This project is a SWS 2022 mechanical upgrade project that entails works to the existing heating centre for the School. The works includes decommissioning and replacing of the existing two gas boilers in the boilerhouse with two new gas condensing boilers, decommissioning and replacing the existing flues for the boilers with new flues to suit the new boilers, decommissioning and replacing the existing heating circulation pumps with new pumps and repairing the existing flat roof on the boilerhouse as the existing flat roof is currently leaking.
