HHome Fix Scotland are seeking to appoint a highly competent and experienced contractor to undertake a program of UPVC Window, Door, Glass & Double Glazed Unit installations. Home Fix Scotland are seeking to appoint a highly competent and experienced contractor to undertake a program of uPVC Windows, Doors, Glass & Double Glazed Unit installations. HFS currently have a backlog of window, doors and glass panels which require to be installed within circa 115 residential properties within Inverclyde. All of the units have already been manufactured and are currently being stored at our depot. The breakdown is approximately 92 windows, 29 doors, 20 double glazed units and a few glass panels. However, the list is fluid, and the exact requirements will be finalised with the successful bidder. A more detailed list of the requirement is contained within the Pricing Schedule attached at Appendix B. We are looking for a contractor to undertake a program of work to install all of the units by 19th October 2022. Only bidders who can meet this timescale should submit a bid.
