The Provision of Event Management Services for IBioIC

Tender description

The Industrial Biotechnology Innovation Centre (IBioIC) is seeking an events management company who will cover the full management and production of various online and in-person events. The largest of these events will be a 2 day annual conference which is host to around 500 in-person delegates. IBioIC require a supplier who can carry out the following non-exhaustive responsibilities: campaign support, market research, creative services, ticket registration, catering, exhibitions/staging, video production, provision of an online events platform. Potential tenderers who believe they can fulfill the above noted requirement are asked to note their interest against this notice by close of business 6th July 2022.
