Technical advice to Highway structures and VRS group Technical advice, approval of departures from standards and specifications, developing new standards, revising existing standards, specifications and external stakeholder liaison with organisations including BSI/CEN, academia, trade organisations, specialist information/ technology networks and groups, other bridge owners, Consultants and consultants Advice on structural components, concrete, steel and other materials.
