Supply & Fit of Glass & Double Glazed Units Framework

Home Fix Scotland are seeking to appoint highly competent and experienced contractors to become a party to a ‘Supply & Fit of Glass & Double Glazed Units’ framework. The purpose of this framework is to assist Home Fix Scotland in ensuring our parent company River Clyde Homes properties are kept up to the required standard. A list of all requirements is provided within the Pricing Schedule attached at Appendix B. Whilst the majority of the works will be supply and fit, on occasion HFS may just require the supply of the materials. The tender is split into two separate Lots: -Lot 1 – Glass, -Lot 2 – Double Glazed Units. Companies may bid for one or both Lots. 3 companies will be awarded to the framework for each Lot. River Clyde Homes is a ‘not for profit’ affordable housing provider that owns and manages over 5,800 homes and provides factoring services to a further 2,200 homes in the Inverclyde area.
